Noah's Ark: The First Sinking
When Wally Seddon's model of Noah's Ark went to the bottom during a July
1, 2000 Canada Day show in Kanata, Ontario, he wasn't laughing, but everyone
else sure was!
Wally prepares his ark for a pleasant afternoon of saving the animals....
"Crossing a series of buoys across the water should be no problem for a
boat doing God's work," Wally thought to himself.
Crossing the buoys proved too much even for Noah. The boat capsized and
quickly sank, drowning all the animals.
Rescue crews were sent out to look for survivors, but unfortunately, all of
Noah's animals perished. Surprising, when the boat was brought to the
surface more than a half hour later, the motor and propellors were still
spinning. Now that's a good motor!
